Order Processing

Once your payment has been confirmed, orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.


Shipping Method & Rates

We offer Standard Secured Shipping on all orders.

Tracking Your Order

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Orders

We’ll work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Order Changes & Cancellations

If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it.
Once an order has been shipped, we’re unable to make changes or issue cancellations.
