1. Where is my order?

Once your order has been placed, it’s processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location. During busy periods (such as holidays or sale events), please allow up to 14 business days for your order to arrive.

If your order hasn’t arrived within this timeframe, please contact our support team at support@marloe.co and we’ll be happy to look into it for you.


2. How do I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to follow your parcel’s journey.
You can also use our Order Tracking Page to check your delivery status anytime.


3. Will I be charged customs fees?

No — we cover any applicable customs or import fees for you.
You should never be asked to pay extra upon delivery.
If you’re ever contacted regarding customs charges, please reach out to us right away so we can resolve it.


4. Can I cancel my order?

If you’ve made a mistake or changed your mind, please contact us as soon as possible.
If your order hasn’t yet been shipped, we’ll cancel it and process a full refund.

Unfortunately, once an order has shipped, we’re unable to cancel it — but you can still return it once it arrives (see our Returns section below).


5. What is your returns policy?

We offer a 30-day return window from the day your order is delivered.
To qualify, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

If your product arrives damaged or you’re not satisfied for any reason, simply contact us at support@marloe.co and we’ll guide you through the process.

6. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping to most countries.
Shipping times may vary depending on your destination, but we always provide tracking details so you can follow your order’s progress from dispatch to delivery.
