Refund & Return Policy

At Marloe, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we offer a simple and transparent returns process to make things easy.


30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • All tags, inserts, and accessories must be included.

  • You’ll need to provide your order number or proof of purchase.

Please note:

  • Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

To start a return, email our support team at support@marloe.co. Once approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return label and step-by-step return instructions.


Inspection & Damages

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue quickly.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned for hygiene, safety, or customization reasons. These include (but are not limited to):

  • Perishable goods

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care or hygiene products

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Flammable or hazardous materials

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before sending it back.


Exchanges

To exchange an item, simply return your original purchase by following the return process above. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the replacement item.


EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal

If you’re located within the European Union, you have a 14-day cooling-off period after receiving your order. During this time, you may cancel or return your purchase for any reason, provided items remain in their original, unused condition.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm approval.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
